This bright, full bodied, rich and sweet Mexican decaf is everything you want from a single origin bean but without the caffeine.
 
Sourced from the single estate coffee of Finca La Laja farm, owned by Hermilo Sampieri, close to the village of Huatusco in the state of Veracruz where three generations of the Sampieri family have produced coffee on the 500 hectare La Laja farm at 1,100masl. Today, the farm is certified for its sustainable production with RFA accreidtation.
 
Processed using the Mountain Water technique, a chemical free technioque, where the caffeine is removed through a process of filtration without losing any of the unique flavours of this bean.
